Readers’ reviews

Who can leave a review: only someone who received a relationship or birth chart report. Three days after their reading, we email them a personal link tied to that report; one report gives one review.

Checking: the site checks that the review comes from the link of a completed reading. We do not read reviews before they are published, we do not sort them and we do not edit them.

Compensation: some reports were given free in exchange for an honest review, positive or negative. Nothing else is given for a review.

Publication: each review appears on the site a few minutes after it is sent, with its date and the date of the reading.

Order: newest first. You can show a single report or a single rating.

Editing: the author can edit their review at any time with the same link; the date of the edit is then shown.

Contact: we do not pass on authors’ contact details and do not let anyone contact them.

Removal: a review is removed only if it contains insulting, discriminatory or unlawful remarks, another person’s personal data, or if it is not about the report read. The reason is kept and shown to the author on their review page.

How long: a review is published and kept for three years, then erased. It is erased sooner if its author asks at contact@astroflair.com or erases their account.
